1. Parties Involved

1.1 The sale of products through www.buypoppersnet.com is carried out by PEBBLES & TALES LTD (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”), a limited company registered under number 6758964, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, LONDON N1 7GU, UNITED KINGDOM, offering goods and services to consumers over the age of 18.

1.2 These online Terms and Conditions govern purchases made on www.buypoppersnet.com (the “Website”) but do not apply to products or services sold by third parties, which may be linked on the site via banners, hyperlinks, or other references. The Seller is not responsible for goods or services provided by third parties.

1.3 Any personal data or information provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to such processing and declare that all data provided is accurate and truthful.

1.4 The Customer will be identified using the data provided in the order.
Providing false or fictitious data is strictly prohibited, and the Seller is not liable in such cases.

2. Scope of the Contract

2.1 The information contained in these General Terms and Conditions and the content on the Website do not constitute a public offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
After submitting the Order Proposal, the Customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt (the “Order Confirmation”). This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The order will be considered accepted only when the Customer receives an email confirming order acceptance and payment approval (the “Payment Accepted”).

2.2 Therefore, no contract exists between the Customer and the Seller until the Order Proposal is expressly accepted by the Seller through the dispatch of the Shipping Confirmation.
The online purchase contract (the “Contract”) is concluded only when the Customer receives the Order and Shipping Confirmation (the “Shipment”).
From that moment, the Order Proposal will be referred to simply as the “Order”.

3. Price

3.1 The prices listed in the catalogue on this website refer to the day the order is placed.
These prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate and may vary depending on the country.
Shipping costs are not included and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Despite all efforts, it is possible that the price of some products listed on the Website may be incorrect.
It is the Seller’s responsibility to verify price accuracy before sending the Order and Shipping Confirmation.
If, due to technical or material error or unforeseen circumstances, the price on the Website is lower than the actual sale price, the Customer will be contacted to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the correct price.
If the Customer declines, the Order Proposal will be cancelled.
If the listed price is higher than the correct price, the lower price will be charged.

3.3 Payments are always made in euros, even if prices are displayed in other currencies.
Some banks may apply conversion fees. BuyPoppersNet is not responsible for these fees.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Amex):
Customers can choose this method and benefit from the liquidity and payment conditions provided by their bank.
After placing the order, an external secure page will be generated by a certified payment provider to enter your card details.
All personal data provided is encrypted to prevent misuse.
Each transaction is protected by an SSL connection – a protocol that encrypts data to ensure it cannot be read by unauthorized individuals during transmission.

4.2. Bank Transfer:
Once the order process is completed, the necessary bank account details will be provided for payment.
Payments can be made via your home banking service or through an ATM.
At the ATM, insert your card and code, choose “Transfers”, and proceed with the transaction.
It is essential to include the order reference so the payment can be identified.
Your order will be shipped once the bank confirms the payment. Confirmation times may vary depending on the customer's bank.

We strongly recommend including your order reference in the transfer notes and sending a proof of payment to our customer service team to ensure timely processing.
Any additional fees charged by the bank are the customer's responsibility.

4.3. Cash on Delivery:
This method allows you to pay upon delivery and is only available in certain regions (this option won’t appear if your location is not eligible).
The order will be delivered by the courier in exchange for full payment.
Orders are generally shipped the same day they are processed, unless items are out of stock or address verification is needed.
In such cases, the customer will be contacted via email to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4.4. Security:
BuyPoppersNet uses one of the most secure online shopping systems and constantly works to enhance its software to ensure the highest level of protection.

We use a server certificate (digital certificate) to verify our identity and the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to encrypt transmitted data.

5. Orders and Shipping

5.1 Products are shipped in discreet packaging, with no reference to the website or its contents. The only information visible is the name and address of the logistics company handling the shipment.

5.2 The invoice for the purchase will be included in the shipment. Upon request via email, it can also be sent in digital format.

5.3 In case of a stock shortage of one or more products, the customer will be contacted in advance and offered a solution as soon as possible:

  • If the chosen payment method is Cash on Delivery, we reserve the right to remove the unavailable product and ship the remaining items to avoid delays. If a product is part of a bundle, the entire bundle will be removed. The customer will always be informed of any changes.

  • If the order was paid using other methods, we will remove the unavailable product and our customer service team will contact the customer. The customer will have the option to receive a replacement product of equal value, a refund, or a discount coupon equivalent to the missing item’s value.

5.4 Orders will be shipped the same day, provided that payment is received by 12:00 PM (Spain time) on a business day. Orders paid after that time will generally be shipped on the next business day. This rule applies to all payment methods, except for bank transfers (which may take longer to confirm).

5.5 Shipments are handled by Colissimo (Correos Express), Chronopost Express, or FedEx. Delivery times depend on the destination. The Seller reserves the right to change the courier chosen by the customer if operational needs require it.


5.7 Estimated Delivery Times

5.7.1. SPAIN

  • Mainland Spain: Delivery within 24/48 working hours or 3–4 business days, depending on the courier. Flat shipping fee: €7.50 or €7.90.
    We are not responsible for any delays (weather, accidents, etc.).

  • Balearic Islands: Delivered by Correos Express within 48–72 hours after shipment. The shipping cost depends on the order's weight.

  • Canary Islands: Delivered by Correos Postal, estimated 4–5 business days transit time.
    All products are subject to customs inspection, which may cause unpredictable delays.
    Customs clearance may require additional documentation and/or fees.
    BuyPoppersNet is not responsible for these procedures.

5.7.2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • Within the EU: Delivered by Colissimo, Chronopost, or FedEx in 3 to 6 days.

  • Outside the EU: Delivered by Correos, with an estimated time of 6 to 15 days.

Shipments may be held at customs as long as local authorities deem necessary. BuyPoppersNet cannot guarantee delivery times.

NOTE: Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed in case of incorrect addresses, force majeure (strikes, weather, etc.), or system failures.

5.8 BuyPoppersNet is not responsible for customs fees or import restrictions.
Please verify the legality of importing these products in your country before placing an order.

5.9 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding national or local holidays, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

IMPORTANT: Customers cannot choose a specific delivery time, as deliveries follow the route schedules of the shipping company.

5.10 Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in the package being returned to BuyPoppersNet, with additional costs charged to the customer.
We strongly recommend ensuring the address is complete and correct before confirming your order.
Once the order is processed, the shipping and billing address cannot be changed.

5.11 Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track the package on the courier’s website or via: https://www.aftership.com/tracking.
Please note: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after the confirmation email is sent.

5.12 If the customer is not available at delivery, the courier will leave a notice with contact details.
The customer has 5 business days to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery.
If there is no response, the package will be returned to BuyPoppersNet.

6. Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations

6.1 The right to exchange or return products applies only if the products:

  • have not been used, washed, or damaged;

  • are returned in their original packaging, which must be undamaged;

  • are returned complete, if sold as a set;

  • retain any original tags or labels (if applicable);

  • are not personalized items, which cannot be returned.

6.2 To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service, specifying the order number and a description or reference of the item(s) to be returned.

6.3 Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order and must reach us within 28 days. Returns should be sent to the address listed in section 14. Contacts.

6.4 Returned items must be sent via registered mail in a rigid box, and must be accompanied by the invoice or purchase order.
Padded envelopes are not accepted.
If the product was part of a promotional campaign that included a gift, the gift must also be returned and must meet the same return conditions.

6.5 Returns will not be accepted if the items are:

  • incomplete, damaged, or scratched;

  • missing original packaging or tags;

  • show visible signs of use;

  • have an expiration date under one month;

  • or if the shipping label is affixed directly to the product packaging.

Rejected returns can be collected within 10 days at the customer’s expense.

6.6 Items received as gifts must be returned by the original purchaser and must include the original invoice.
If a defect is confirmed, the customer will receive a refund.
Products must comply with section 6.1 to be eligible for return.

6.7 For defective products, the same item will be replaced when possible.
If not possible, the customer will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.

6.8 If an order is not delivered due to reasons not attributable to the seller or the customer, the customer must file a written claim with the carrier.
Alternatively, BuyPoppersNet may forward the claim on behalf of the customer, with prior consent.

6.9 If an order is not collected within the allotted time due to reasons attributable to the seller or carrier, and is returned to the warehouse, the customer may choose to:

  • receive a voucher for the value of the products, excluding shipping;

  • receive a refund, minus double the shipping fee;

  • request reshipment, with new shipping costs to be paid (via link, card, or bank transfer).

6.10 To exchange an item, the customer must proceed as if making a return.
If the returned product meets the conditions in section 6.1, the customer will receive a voucher of equal value to place a new order.

6.11 Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been paid or processed.
To cancel, send an email to geral@buypoppersnet.com with the order number.
Cancellations are only valid via this process.
If the order has already been paid by card, the refund will be processed minus 10% for banking fees.

7. Refunds

7.1 If a refund is applicable, the Customer can choose between:

  • receiving the refund via the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer);

  • receiving a voucher that can be used on a future order.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, no refund will be issued.

  • If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed back to the card and will appear on the next statement.

  • If the payment was made via bank transfer, the customer must provide bank account details, and the refund will be credited directly to the corresponding account and made available immediately.

7.2 Refund of shipping costs is only applicable in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery of the order due to causes attributable to BuyPoppersNet or the carrier: the full amount paid for shipping will be refunded.

  • Incorrect items sent: the customer will be fully reimbursed for shipping only if the error applies to the entire order.

8. Warranty

8.1 One of the fundamental rights of consumers is to receive goods and services that conform to the purchase and are covered by a warranty of proper functioning.
Therefore, BuyPoppersNet guarantees the quality of its products for 12 months from the date of purchase (excluding perishable goods), and offers, where applicable, one of the following solutions:

  • Repair of the defective item, ensuring its proper functionality and/or final quality;

  • Replacement with an identical product;

  • Replacement with a product of similar features and purpose (with the customer’s consent);

  • Contract cancellation, with a refund issued if the above options are not possible.

8.2 To exercise the warranty right, the customer must submit a claim via the communication channels outlined in the sales terms and return the defective or non-conforming product.
Our Customer Service team will analyze the product to verify the validity of the request.

Warranty claims will be rejected in the following cases:

  • Improper use or damage (intentional or accidental) caused by the customer;

  • Normal wear and tear, within the limits defined by the manufacturer;

  • Inability to verify the reported defect;

  • Obvious fraud attempts.

8.3 Once the returned product has been inspected, the customer will be notified of the outcome.
If the warranty is validated, BuyPoppersNet will proceed with the repair, replacement, or refund of the item as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days after confirmation of eligibility.

8.4 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

These provisions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

9. Additional Information

9.1 Any claims regarding defective poppers must be made on the same day the package is received.
The claim must be sent to geral@buypoppersnet.com and must include photos as evidence.

10. Suggestions and Complaints

10.2 If the complaint relates to a specific order, the customer has 15 days from the receipt of the order to contact us and report the issue.

10.3 If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must include photos or a video with your claim clearly showing the defect and the condition of the outer packaging.

10.4 The customer must retain both the product and the original packaging until further instructions are provided by our Customer Service team.

10.5 If the external packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer must refuse the package.
Otherwise, the claim may not be accepted.

11. Leather Cleaners – Information

11.1 All liquid fragrances (commonly referred to as poppers) sold on our online store are specifically formulated and intended for the cleaning and maintenance of erotic leather garments, as well as leather toys and accessories.
These products are not designed or intended for human consumption.
They are manufactured in compliance with European regulations, ensuring their purity and safety.
We explicitly distance ourselves from any misuse of these products as aphrodisiacs or sexual stimulants, as well as any other improper use.
These liquid fragrances must not be inhaled directly from the bottle.

11.2 Although the use of liquid fragrances is legal in many countries, some jurisdictions may have restrictions.
Due to differing national laws, the import of certain products may not be allowed in your country.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be informed of local laws before placing an order.

11.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You hereby release PEBBLES & TALES LTD, its employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any liability arising from the misuse of these products.
All items are shipped from within the European Union.

12. Right of Withdrawal

12.1 In accordance with Decree Law 24/2014 of February 14, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, the consumer must inform BuyPoppersNet of their decision through a clear statement (by letter, fax, or email to geral@buypoppersnet.com, or by using the online form available on the website).

12.2 The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 15 days, and it is the consumer’s responsibility to prove the withdrawal was submitted in time.

12.3 The consumer must return the goods within 15 days after notifying the withdrawal.
The return must be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

12.4 In case of withdrawal, all payments made will be refunded (excluding any additional delivery costs for non-standard shipping) without undue delay.

12.5 BuyPoppersNet may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the consumer provides proof of return.

12.6 If a refund is not made within 15 days from the withdrawal notice, the consumer is entitled to double the refund, plus potential additional compensation.

12.7 The consumer must take care of the goods in a way that allows them to be returned in a resalable condition.
The right of withdrawal does not affect the customer’s right to inspect the product, but the inspection must not exceed what is customary in a physical store.

12.8 The consumer is responsible for any loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary.

12.9 In the event of such a loss in value, the refund will be reduced accordingly, or withheld entirely if the product cannot be resold.

12.10 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;

  • Delivery of sealed audio/video recordings or sealed software, if unsealed;

  • Goods excluded by law, such as: cosmetics, personal hygiene products, underwear, food supplements, intimate products, and opened digital media.

14. Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law.
For any dispute, the court of Perpignan shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other forum.
