Sending your package

At BuyPoppersNet we do everything so that you receive your order as soon as possible. However, you must take into account the following aspects:

• Orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day, except in unusual occasions, such as promotion periods and holidays in France, or in case of large volumes of orders. In these cases, we will ship it the next business day.

• All orders are shipped within 24 working hours from Monday to Friday, except holidays in France.

1. Delivery times are indicative and depend solely on the carriers. In no case are the indicated deadlines a guarantee of delivery.

2. Incorrect addresses or cases of force majeure such as strikes, accidents, fires, among others, may cause delays. BuyPoppersNet is not responsible in any of these situations.

3.Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except national or local holidays, to the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase..

4. Reshipping costs will be charged when a package is returned for any of the following reasons:

• It was not picked up at the post office or collection point after notification from the carrier by email, SMS or mailbox (the collection period is 10 calendar days).
• If the wrong address was provided when the order was placed

Delivery of your package may take a little longer than normal during promotional sales, summer, Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Track your order

You will receive an email when your package leaves our facilities and is received by the carrier. This email contains the tracking number of your package.

Delivery notice

In the absence of the recipient, the person delivering the parcel must leave a transit advice note containing essential information to arrange a new delivery, or leave contact details and the address of a collection point where the parcel will be delivered.

We remind you that our packages are neutral and discreet, they do not mention the brand or the content..

 International deliveries

BuyPoppersNet ships worldwide! However, you must bear in mind that any order outside the EU must go through customs controls. By law, we are required to report the value of each package by submitting a customs declaration. In some cases, depending on the country, additional customs costs may be incurred. Given this, BuyPoppersNet is not responsible for tariffs, import taxes or any type of additional duties, surcharges or taxes that your country or the local postal system may charge you in addition to what you have already paid for shipping. Your country may hold the package until you pay the last part of a fee, if it considers that this applies to your order

Because we know our customers prefer to be discreet, we always ship our bottles securely and anonymously. Our products are sent with total discretion, without mentioning their content or the name of our company. Consequently, we never send the commercial invoice.
